Developed nations, Satan and Christian missionaries are still there and actually are better than before in evil way.Dajjal is one of the core beliefs in Ahmadiyyah, Mirza Sahib cannot be Isa AS unless he proves that Dajjal (his anti) is present as well. The whole Ahmadiyyah fails on this, the only survival was if Mirza Sahib had not written books, but he did. Dajjal not being a core belief of Islam is not a big issue in itself but in Ahmadiyyah one belief would depends on other. you prove one of them wrong the other is automatically wronged.

Clear Proof from Hadith, that refutes the claims of Mirza Ghulam Qadiani:
“In My Ummah, there shall be born Thirty Grand Liars (Dajjals), each of whom will claim to be a prophet, But I am the Last Prophet; there is No Prophet after Me.” (Abu Dawood Vol. 2 p. 228; Tirmidhi Vol. 2 p.45)
“The tribe of Israel was guided by prophets. When a prophet passed away, another succeeded him. But no prophet will come after me; only caliphs will succeed me.” (Sahih Bukhari)
“The Hour will not come … until nearly thirty “dajjals” (liars) appear, each one claiming to be a messenger from Allah.” (Sahih Bukhari, Sahih Muslim
and Holy Quran states (translation):
“O people! Mohammed has no sons among ye men, but verily, he is the Messenger of Allah and the last in the line of Prophets. And Allah is aware of everything.” (33:40)
