Great. I love to learn. When I was growing up it was all a dream, I used to read Word Up magazine…

Do you ever read the Holy Quran? Why does your version add words to the translation? This is Mullah’s way of twisting God’s words. Don’t let them brainwash you dude!!! Help is here…. Alislam.org

What you know about Biggie? lol

I read the Quran everyday bruh. Ahmadis add words to their word-for-word translation in italics. Like ALL. Look that up…its the verse wherein Allah says that Prophets have died in the past…

Yeh broski I’m well aware of it. Reason the word ALL is there because as you know very well there is NO MENTION OF ANY EXCEPTIONS in the same verse. Does it go onto say anything about Hazrat Essa (as)??? Nopes.

So naturally ALL Prophets have died in the past.

Now if we take the example of the verse which mentions Hazrat Essa (as)’s SPIRITUAL ascension into the Heavens, adding the word BODILY is twisting the words of Allah. Gives a whole new meaning to the verse.

And thus you begin to have misguided Muslims all over the globe. So simple.

That verse had nothing to do with Esa (As)…and Elijah (as) and Idris (as) never died on Earth, per the Quran and bible.

Can i live?

Cannot believe you have no knowledge of this incident. You have made Islam into a child’s play with your ridiculous beliefs. How you would deny the above and stick with the literal story is beyond me. Is there no deeper meanings of Islam? What is the job of the scholars if there is no explanation to the ANY story in Quran? I will try and find a reference but what difference will that make??? I think you are wanting out of this discussion now, you have not answered a single Q! I don’t know if Promised Messiah (as) ever held… Read more »

Ahmadis have a precise belief on this: The old woman was a SYMBOL OF LIFE on this Earth. She offered the Holy Prophet (saw) 3 choices: Water: which gives energy but not complete food Alcohol: which gives false energy Milk: which gives complete strength, this is why baby feeds on mother’s milk for first two years. This is more than enough for the kid to grow strong. The Holy Prophet (saw) chose the milk for obvious reasons. The milk is also a symbol of the Holy Prophet’s (saw) Shariat which is complete and does not need any other additions. Hadith… Read more »

You didnt reference any writings from Ahmadis. Why not? What was MGAQ’s opinion on this entire matter??? When was that written?? When and where did MGAQ deny this concept? Did MGAQ ever believe that this was a physical journey?

Quoting from your own Sunni websites…

….In another tradition, on the authority of Anas (cf. Fath alBari VII, 158), the Prophet (saw) describes how, on his Night Journey, he encountered an old woman, and was thereupon told by Gabriel,

“This old woman is the mortal world (ad-dunya)”

There ya go buddy!

Where is the official Ahmadiyya position on this event written? Did MGAQ ever elaborate on the woman? Did he venture to discredit all the hadith from Bukhari in terms of the Miraaj?

And remember…the Sunni position is that the majority of scholars consider a physical journey, whereas a small minority considered it spiritual.

Hazrat Aisha (ra) was the closest person to the Holy Prophet (saw) to know what happened.

Regardless, what about the ‘old’ woman who was the world then? No answer!

Why do you need a new thread to discuss other verses? This is again Mullah tactic, to divert topic or take topic elsewhere in private platform like FB.

Can you quote that reference? Aisha’s (ra) statement from Tabari?

Who is this old woman? Present a reference buddy.

We try to stay on topic…that’s why we do that.

You are referring to a Mirage. It was a spiritual journey (great vision) of Holy Prophet (saw). He met an elderly woman during that journey as per Islamic records. Gibrael informed the Holy Prophet (saw) that this woman was actually ‘the world’.

If it was a ‘physical’ journey then how did the whole world become an old woman and where did all it’s inhabitants go???

@ Ahmadi4life Every top Islamic scholar believed Muhammad’s (saw) miraaj to be a physical one. Tabari is the source of the alternative account, wherein Ayesha (ra) is referred to, however, if you read the original report from Tabari, it is easily understood that Ayesha (ra) was only 6-9 years old when this event happened and thus cannot be relied upon…I found many other issues. Feel free to find the original source of info on this. And FYI…In 1891, in Izalaa Auham, MGAQ denied the physical miraaj since it was contradictory to his belief that Esa (as) wouldn’t physically return. 4pac

Wowzers you actually think three Prophets are going to physically descend back to Earth, but yet the Greatest Prophet (saw) of all time has passed away? How do you know Elijah (as) has ascended? If it’s in the Bible then why don’t you accept how the ‘return’ of Elijah (as) happened? John the Baptist came in the spirit and likeness of Elijah (as) according to Jesus in the bible. Also going back to the adding of the word ‘kul’ or ‘all’, even at the verse where beliefs of Momineen (faithful ones) are mentioned in the Quran, it says that they… Read more »

Not me…Jews, Christians and Muslims believed that this was possible…

Muhammad (saw) is dead…however, he was given the same ability..in fact, he travelled to heaven alive and returned to Earth. Per Islamic records..

What is the Sunni position on Yahya (as)?? Have you ever looked that up?

You are comparing 2 verses now..We can do that…however, a new thread would be needed…

Are you on FB?

How do you come to the the conclusion that Hazrat Essa (as) has nothing to do with it?

So if Elijah (as) and Idris (as) aren’t dead either, these two Prophets will be returning too?

You can live but your response rate isn’t too great homie.

In the Abrahamic religions…ascending to heaven happened many times….since Elijah (as), Idris (as), Esa (as) and Muhammad (saw) did it…
